I'll e-mail them to you. They are pretty basic, but for those who need direction they are there.

Rob posted photos from the 2010 event on the website for the event.

The event went quite well. I will try to post some of the details on it shortly.

A note from one of the event organizers:
The park is cleaned up, everything has been gathered from the Inn, and the pictures are posted. Another event is in the books. By my estimation, this was by far the most successful "public" event we have had to date. I believe the keys to our success this year were directly related to a combination of the following:
• The Country Inn's terrific support and participation.
• Good weather on Friday and Saturday.
• A significant increase in reenactor participation including a good turnout of Yankees.
• The chapel camp site.
• Concentration on providing a great experience and informative presentations for the public without trying to provide a reenactor "experience."

Post event summary:
• Approx 30 visitors toured the Friday night vignettes.
• Approx 45 people attended the Friday evening presentations at the Inn.
• It is tough to count the visitors who attended Saturday's daylight events, nevertheless, photos show that up to 20 plus people listened to Jim's 2:00 talk on the campaign in the park and somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 people or more watched us march over to the wall for our photo line up and the following firing demonstration. I believe that 150 or more toured the park during the course of the day with a tremendous amount of positive interaction.
• Approximately 30 people toured the Saturday night vignettes.
• Approx 50 to 55 people attended the Saturday evening presentations.
• Although some people were repeats at more than one event, I put the total attendance for the combined weekend activities at more than 300.
• By my count, there were a total of 32 principal reenactors, 2 or 3 others that were either only there for a very short time or only at the presentations, and Devon and his wife who were at the Inn for a total of 36 or 37. The group of Yankees were a great addition on Saturday. I would like to put names to each face in the group photo and identify those that didn't get in the photo as well.
• Even though the event was truly washed out on Sunday (the Confederate camp in the stream was under a foot of water), 16 of us enjoyed a great time together in the Inn's Tavern for Sunday Brunch.
• I know that at least two rooms that were rented at the Inn were related to our event. I wonder if there were others?
• Only one Elected Official attended our presentations, but he is the principal local official (Tommy Swaim) who we are sure supports our efforts, so we count it as a success. Our next step in our sign efforts will be to approach the County Commission for their direct support in sign placement and perhaps to sponsor a sign. Since Swaim attended the first presentation, he now has the information to understand our mission.
• And finally, we were given $570 in donations that we will use towards setting up a fund for the CWT sign the BRCHPA is going to sponsor, cover other expenses related to expanding the program to include more signs, and start a fund for the next brochure printing.
Our goal each of the four years we have been doing this event is to have each year grow and expand in numbers and quality towards the pinnacle 150th anniversary commemoration in 2012. I believe we met that goal this year as we easily doubled our tripled our previous best. Now we need to look towards getting started on next years event planning with an eye on 2012.

I have to concure this was our best public event to date, and maybe th best event over-all of the four we've put on. We've made some inroads and had an awesome turn out. We were quite thankful for good weather. There are more pictures here: http://s61.photobucket.com/albums/h56/csa5vak/Bath-Romney%202010/ Those that came a big thank you from me and the rest of the organization.
